We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all orders.

If you are not satisfied with your FreshLab order, email us within 30 days of receiving your package.

Please do not send your order back before contacting us. Once your return request is approved, we will send you the return instructions and return label by email.

We are not responsible for the return shipping costs.

Return Conditions

To receive a refund, the product must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Please return the item with all parts and accessories included where possible.

If the item is heavily damaged, missing parts, or returned in a condition that is not suitable for inspection, this may affect your refund unless the issue was caused by a product fault.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us and we will make it right.

Depending on the issue, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

2-Year Warranty

Every FreshLab order includes a 2-year warranty.

If your product stops working due to a manufacturing fault within 2 years, contact us and we will help with a replacement or suitable solution.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, water damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by using the product incorrectly.

Refunds

Once we have received your return, your refund will be processed within 48 hours.

The refund will be sent back to your original payment method.

Your bank or payment provider may take a few extra days to show the money in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If it has been more than 7 days since we received your return and you still have not received your refund, do not worry.
